  • Responsible for Market Share/Growth/Revenue.
  • Responsible for profitability.
  • Responsible for culture and human capacity growth.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong serving mindset.
  • Should have high IQ/EQ/AQ.
  • 5-7 years of handling P&L responsibility of a sizeable business unit.
  • Horizontal experiences in different departments and verticals will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in both English and Nepal including spoken and writing.
  • Unblemished track record in achieving targets.
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor in IT/Engineering or relevant subject to WorldLink’s core business.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
