  Job Description:

1. Strategic & Operational HR

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth service delivery

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with Nepalese labour laws and regulations
  • Manage contracts, statutory filings, and government coordination

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Design and implement effective onboarding programs

4. Performance & Talent Development

  • Manage performance appraisal systems and goal setting
  • Develop training, career growth, and succession plans

5. Compensation & Payroll

  • Design competitive salary structures and benefits
  • Oversee payroll accuracy and compliance

6. HR Policies & Reporting

  • Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs
  • Maintain HR records and prepare management reports

7. Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
  • Organize internal communications and retention programs

8. People Management

  • Lead and develop HR team members (if applicable)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial/senior HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Nepalese labour laws and compliance
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS/payroll system experience is a plus
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial/senior HR role
